Postpartum
After babies, keeping up with your own needs is hard AF.
If you’re sleep deprived, stressed, your body kind of hurts and you are super hungry all the time. I’ve got you.
I’ve been through it with these two cuties
Having a baby blew my mind.
It’s really overwhelming in the beginning and it makes sense if you lose yourself for a bit. Heck, I’m a wellness professional and even I neglected my health needs after each baby was born.
That’s why I want to help you. Because I know how hard it is!
I’ve learned a lot since becoming a first time mom in 2018. I mean it when I say that I couldn't keep up with my own nutrition and wellness needs -- even when I'd spent a decade preaching this stuff!
I want to help ease the process for other new parents like you. So I did the research, educated myself, and have since helped hundreds of people through their own journeys.
Here is what I tell my clients:
Before you had the baby you were person A. You did what you felt like, when you felt like it.
Then you had the baby, and you landed in this muddled B place. And maybe you want to get back to being person A. But you can’t go back.
I want to help you find yourself as person C.
Let’s work together to get you past the roadblocks of early parenthood.
Let’s help you figure out how the eff to well and feel good in your body even when you are so focused on your new little bambino.
If you just had a baby
I have a gift for you.

What it’s like when you get support:
In the first few months postpartum you are in survival mode, and that’s ok!
We’ll work on:
Eating for optimal energy
Moving your body to help it feel good.
Addressing residual issues from labor and delivery. For ex. Hypertension, GDM.
Support finding other specialists like feeding support, physical therapy and more.
As you move out of the 4th trimester we can talk about:
Feeding you and baby (introducing foods!)
Meal planning as you return to work
Lifestyle planning (food, fitness, mindset)
Feeling good in your body.
What makes postpartum nutrition counseling different:
We set goals that you can actually reach.

I want to set a good example with food and be able to be an active parent with my kids. See myself as a person who can do that.

Time away from my daughter to go to the gym felt like a huge roadblock. Now I’ve made so much progress doing intermittent exercise with my daughter and I enjoy doing it.

“...I call it ‘Be Well With Beth style,’ I’ve been putting a ton of spinach in smoothies and telling my 3 year old they are his Hulk smoothies, and now every morning he just says, “you make me a green smoovie, mom”? It melts my heart.”

It really matters that my kids watch what I’m doing. I remember from growing up that my parent’s habits have become my habits.
