We recommend that you call your insurance to confirm your coverage. Follow the cheat-sheet (below) so you know exactly what to ask when you call.
Beth accepts:

You can use your HSA card for individual nutrition services that are not covered by your health insurance. (eg. co-pay or coinsurance or out of pocket expenses.)
You may be able to use your HSA card for our online courses. We recommend that you call the number on the back of your HSA card with questions (note, this is different than your insurance card).
Not Health Insurance

Beth will only ask you to to what makes sense for you.

What to expect:
Meet with Beth online from your own living room or join pop-up group classes.
Work with whatever equipment youâve got. Learn how to use bands, your body weight and maybe even your baby!
You have two options:
Some people purchase fitness sessions as fitness planning sessions. Beth will take you through a routine and then share her notes to have you demonstrate the routine back to her. Youâll work out on your own for a few week and then come back for another routine!

The question everyone wants to know
Should I book a private session or buy a course?
The quick answer: Do both!
When you join a program you get get SO MUCH accountability and SO MANY resources.
Individual counseling is great because you get a really personal deep dive, but then you have to wait weeks between sessions. When you supplement private visits with a course (or vice versa) youâll feel your best sooner and for longer.
Itâs that simple, people who do both just thrive.

Yes.
-
Not exactly.
Your health insurance likely covers a handful of private nutrition counseling sessions with little to no copay. Your Refresh program is much more comprehensive than what you can accomplish in private counseling alone.
If you join the Refresh you will need to pay out of pocket, potentially with your HSA card. You can apply your insurance to the individual nutrition sessions.
-
Maybe.
Find out more by calling the number on the back of your HSA card. **Note, do not call your insurance company. They wonât know the answer. You need to call your HSA company directly.
Keep this form handy when you call as the information may be useful.
-
Of course!
The program is safe for pregnancy and there are exercise and nutrition resources inside that have been specifically created for you.
-
It depends.
This program was created with busy parents in mind. But only you can say just how busy you are.
Ask yourself:
Do you think you can spare a minimum of one 10 minute time slot per week, most weeks, to check in with the program and review your action plan?
Do you think you'll enjoy chatting with other members in the group chat?
Will you be able to find 20 minutes once a month to check in with Beth?
Some past members who had newborns found they needed to pause their enrollment and were able to be more succesfull when they returned after the baby was a few months old. (Yes! You are allowed to pause your program).
If you think it might work but are hesitant, then letâs hop on a call to help you figure out how to make the best use of your time so that you can start feeling refreshed now, even when you donât have a ton of bandwidth.
If you arenât sure, click here to hop on a call with Beth.
-
Absolutely NOT!
You donât need to be perfect to join this program. In fact, thatâs the point.
Let us help you feel good about being perfectly imperfect.
In this program we meet you where you are and help you set goals that are realistic and achievable. Itâs all about moving away from the âall-or-nothingâ mentality.
-
Nope!
You can easily tailor this program to fit your own needs. You can focus on the online course and meet Beth for private office hours, never attending a group call. OR, you can tune in to the group calls, chit chat in the Whatsapp group to really connect with your community.
Remember, this is about finding your healthy autopilot.
Whatever works for you is what works. And weâll help you figure that out.
